Co-ordinating the logistics to run a world-class examination is time consuming. We understand you need an integrated system which allows you to manage and book available examiners, venues, hotels and take care of any special needs or requirements. Our examiner management system stores an examiner's details in a central location that is distributed throughout all aspects of the Ripleys system.

Our event management system allows you to invite any number of examiners to attend at an exam or event - standard setting or marking meeting perhaps. Examiners can confirm their attendance on-line and their details are automatically updated in the relevant areas. This alerts relevant people, creates lists, badges, email confirmations, even dinner and accommodation booking requirements are catered for.

To encourage examiners to attend exams and meetings you can email pre-defined groups of examiners, or panel members, directly from the events system. Invitations will appear on the examiners web home screen.

The examiner management area shows all correspondence with an examiner as well as their marking history, relevant documents, photos, guidance and expense claims. Additionally end of year exam attendence letters can be created and sent.

Tiered levels of authentication let you control which aspects of the system examiners can access.
